I came to Providence Willamette Falls for an echocardiogram and Thao Huynh was my care provider. I was very nervous about the procedure and Thao was very kind and seemed to truly care about my well-being. I was very afraid and after the procedure Thao placed her hand on me and began to hum a song to calm me.
The memory of this special encounter brings me to tears. I lost my wife just a couple short months ago and Thao's human touch and compassion was truly above and beyond, and so appreciated. She was very calming and I needed to share my appreciation. Thank you so much. - Anonymous
